Bahamas Pet Travel provides a concierge service for processing Bahamas pet import permits. We are not a government agency. We act as your agent to facilitate the application process with the Bahamas Agricultural Health & Food Safety Authority.

Disclaimer: While we guarantee that we will submit your application correctly and expedite the process, the final approval decision lies solely with the Bahamas government authorities.

3. Refund Policy

Our service fee covers the professional handling and expedited processing of your application.

Full Refund: If we fail to submit your application within 24 hours of receiving all complete and correct documents.

No Refund: Once the application has been submitted to the Bahamas Agricultural Health & Food Safety Authority, our service is considered rendered and no refunds will be issued.

Rejections: If your permit is rejected due to invalid documents you provided, no refund will be issued, but we will assist in resubmission.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Modifications
